NSPE-Ohio Northeast Chapter's CPD Seminar Series *
Seminar 3 | May 15, 2026
Kick off the new year with the NSPE‑Ohio Northeast Chapter's Continuing Professional Development Seminar Series — three in‑person seminars designed to help you stay current, earn CPD hours, and reconnect with fellow engineers across Northeast Ohio. Each seminar offers 1 CPD hour. State Board-compliant CPD Certificates of Attendance will be distributed at the conclusion of each seminar. Registrations are limited.
The third CPD seminar, Ohio Legislative Update for PEs, is free for NSPE-Ohio Northeast Chapter members and $25 for nonmembers. Join NSPE here to get this seminar free and access other benefits. If you represent an engineering employer, request more information about NSPE-Ohio's 10% Enterprise Employer Discount here.
State Senator Nickie J. Antonio (D-Lakewood) and State Senator Thomas F. Patton (R-Strongsville) will discuss the policy issues shaping the engineering profession and the state’s infrastructure priorities, sharing insights on current legislative activity, transportation funding, regulatory considerations, and what engineers should watch in the upcoming legislative session. This bipartisan conversation offers PEs a clear, practical look at how decisions at the state level may influence projects, planning, and professional practice across Ohio.
