Earn 6 CPD/PMP Hours Including 1 Hour of Ethics
Register for "Human-Centric Leadership in an AI-Driven Engineering World"
Attend the Engineers Foundation of Ohio's virtual December Seminar, Friday, December 12, to earn 6 CPD hours — including 1 hour of ethics training. This program is also good for 6 hours towards PMP certification or its renewal.
Our topic is "Human-Centric Leadership for an AI-Driven Engineering World."
Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming the engineering landscape, streamlining designs, optimizing systems, and reshaping how projects are managed from concept to completion. As AI becomes more deeply embedded in daily workflows, the value of uniquely human capabilities is rising. Engineers must now go beyond being technical problem-solvers to become adaptable leaders, ethical decision-makers, and compelling communicators.
Participants will learn to:
- communicate more effectively as engineering leaders;
- apply emotional intelligence competencies to lead diverse teams in hybrid human-AI environments;
- enhance critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities when working with AI;
- make ethically grounded leadership decisions as part of AI adoption; and
- build strategic foresight skills and redesign their leadership approach to remain future-ready.
One hour of ethics training is included.
The registration fee is $150 for nonmembers and only $99 for NSPE and NSPE-Ohio members. That's a 30% discount for members! (Same pricing since 2021.)
Program details, including the schedule and faculty bio, are in the registration link.
THIS IS A VIRTUAL PROGRAM.

Each year the Engineers Foundation of Ohio is proud to host a one-day virtual project management program worth 6 CPD hour, including 1 hour of ethics. This session will also be worth 6 PMP credits.
A few days before the training, registrants should watch for an email from Zoom with their join link and a Dropbox with the attendee handouts. (Check your inbox and spam.) Please review this email in full as soon as possible. A reminder email will be sent again just before the program.
You are highly encouraged to download & install the latest version of Zoom (Download Center for Zoom Apps and Plugins | Zoom) for full functionality, including the ability to answer the mandatory Attendance Verification Questions (i.e., poll questions).
A camera is recommended for the Zoom breakout rooms, but it isn't required.
On the day of the training, the webinar will begin at 8:30 AM, but the meeting will open early at 8:00 AM so you can get "in" and settled before the program starts.
