The new topsy-turvy business world has us all on a ride!  Engineering leaders struggle with labor shortages, a supply-chain crisis and staggering inflation.  How do we survive?  How do we guide our teams while preparing for whatever lurks around the next corner?  A new style of engineering leader is required.  Teams need leaders who inspire, motivate and excite them as they navigate our "New Abnormal."  The leader's most powerful assets are strong communication skills, agility, adaptivity and focus on a shared vision.  This virtual & interactive workshop will prepare you to better lead your engineering teams.  Participants will learn stronger communication skills, how to engage & motivate top-performing teams, how to make teams agile, and what's important in hiring and retaining staff in this new era.  One hour of ethics training will be included throughout the workshop.

Register here by November 28.
