Engineers Programs: CPD Hours Available
With Toledo Chapter leadership at the helm, count on great things for the educational side of this conference!
The theme is "Energy & Innovation" and the chapter is planning a technical tour at the University of Toledo's School of Solar & Advanced Renewable Energy. There you will learn about wind research, biomass fuel cells, the 80kW wind turbine, energy storage, geothermal, photovoltaic research, and the largest solar fields in the State of Ohio.
In addition watch for seminars on geothermal, microturbine projects in the Midwest, and other energy and business topics.

Guests will enjoy tours of the Toledo Museum of Art Glass Pavilion, the Toledo Botanical Gardens and Ft. Meigs, as well as a cooking class, a tea house luncheon and shopping.

Conference Chairman Kent Buehrer, PE, is orchestrating the Toledo Chapter's efforts to find local programming and education hours that are both meaningful and timely. Kent is the president of Buehrer Group in Maumee.
